Yes. Doggy Deets is proudly Canadian! Our mission is to build the most comprehensive dog services directory across Canada, supporting local dog-friendly businesses, charities, and events from coast to coast. Only Canadian-based listings and events can be added to keep our focus on connecting and celebrating the Canadian dog community.

Can I contact businesses directly?

Absolutely! That’s what we’re here for. We aim to match all pup parents with the services they need. Every listing here includes contact details. The type or extent of information available to you, will depend upon the type of listing the business has chosen. You can call, email, or click through to their website or social media to fetch more info.

Who can list on Doggy Deets?

Any dog-friendly business, service, or event in Canada can list with us — from groomers, trainers, and vets, to adoption days, charity events, and social meet-ups for pups and their families. If it’s for dogs and their people, there’s a spot for you.

How do I sign up my business?

If you run a dog-related business, just click on the “Add Listing” tab in our top menu. Choose the right type of package for you, and create your listing. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it helps dog lovers across Canada to find you.

How do events sign up?

If you’re hosting a dog event — like an adoption day, fundraiser, or doggy meet-up — click on the “Add Event” tab in our top menu. Enter as many event details as you can, and just like that, your event will be then be ready to fetch attention from the dog-loving community.

How much does it cost to list a business?

Our basic business listings are always free. We believe in supporting Canadian businesses, especially those just getting started. For more visibility, our premium listings are only $9.99/month for the first full year — a low introductory rate we will be offering to all businesses for our first year, as we grow together with our pack.

How much does it cost to list an event?

Events are free to list! We want to support charities and adoption agencies in their goal to match as many dogs with their forever homes as possible — and we also love helping doggy families come together at fun social meet-ups.

Why should I choose a premium listing?

Premium listings fetch more attention! They give you maximum reach, featured placement, share to a friend options, and added visibility across our growing directory. It’s the best way to get your services noticed.

Can I update my listing later?

Absolutely. You can log in anytime to edit your details, add new info, or update your photos. We know things change, and we’re here to keep your listing fresh.

What makes Doggy Deets different?

Do I need an account to browse?

Nope! You can sniff around freely — browsing listings, events, and services without signing up. If you want to save favourites or leave reviews, then you’ll need to create a free account.

How do I find events near me?

Easy! Head to our Events page and filter by your city, province, or type of event. From adoption fairs to dog meet-ups, you’ll find what’s happening in your area with just a few clicks.

Can I stop my membership or delete my listing anytime?

Absolutely. From your dashboard, you can stop your monthly membership or delete your listing entirely anytime you wish. You can also contact us directly if you’d like us to close your account for you, we are more than happy to help. We’ll have that done for you within 24 hours.
