Located along the fogbound shores of St. Margaret’s Bay in Glen Haven, Nova Scotia – Labour Day Picnic is a laid-back cafe serving our famous house-made caramels, espresso, local beer & wine, house-made baked goods and light lunch fare. The cafe, also known as Paul’s Hall amongst locals, is named after the annual Labour Day picnics of the past that were once held in this historic community hall. The building itself has had many other functions in the community before becoming LDP in 2020 – one of which has been hosting live music, which is a function we are proud to uphold here to offer even more opportunities for the community to gather.
